We started as two guys running one hookah cart in an Orlando club that couldn’t keep a program staffed. Nine years later we run fourteen rooms and cut our own blends.
Hookah is a service, not a product
Most clubs treat hookah like bottle service without the bottle: hand it over, walk away, hope nobody complains. That is why so many programs die inside a year. The bowl goes harsh, the coals go untended, the guest never orders a second one.
We built Williamson around the opposite idea. A head is a thing somebody manages all night. Our techs work the floor in your dress code, rotate coals on a clock, re-pack when a bowl turns, and know which blends to steer a table toward at 2AM versus 11PM.
That is the whole business. Everything else — the house cuts, the equipment, the licensing paperwork we handle for partner venues — exists to protect that one experience.

Four things we do not bend on

Nobody Touches a Coal
Guests never handle heat. Our tech manages every rotation, every re-pack, every swap, all night.

Sanitation Is Visible
Fresh disposable tips per guest, hoses cycled and cleaned nightly, glass reset between every table.

21+ Without Exception
ID at the door and again at the table. We have walked away from venues that pushed back on this.

Air Comes First
If a room cannot be ventilated properly, we do not open it. No exceptions for a good revenue number.
