Common Questions
Before you write
Do you have your own lounge?
No. We operate inside partner venues rather than running our own room. Tell us the night and we’ll point you to the partner club that fits your group.
Can we bring our own hookah?
No. Partner venues are covered under our equipment, insurance and sanitation standards, and outside gear falls outside all three.
What does a venue partnership cost the club?
Nothing up front. We supply equipment, stock and staff, and take a revenue split on hookah sales. Terms depend on room size and expected volume.
How long does a build-out take?
Most rooms go from first walkthrough to open in about three weeks, assuming ventilation is workable and local licensing is straightforward.
Are you hiring techs?
Usually. Send experience and availability to the careers address above. We train on our own standard, so prior hookah work helps but isn’t required.
